Questions, feedback, or something not working? Email intouch@aerrobert.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened. Please leave personal notes and contact details out of screenshots you send.

How do reminders work?

Enable daily reminders in Settings and allow notifications when prompted. Reminders arrive at 9 a.m. local time when someone is due. Use Preview reminder to try one. If a reminder is missing, check Settings on your iPhone → Notifications → InTouch. Focus and notification settings can affect delivery. Open InTouch periodically: the app schedules the next 60 days of reminders when you open it.

How do I record a conversation?

Tap the circle beside a person or choose Mark contacted on their page. Their cadence restarts from today, and the check-in is added to their history.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone. InTouch has no account or cloud sync, and its stored data is excluded from device backups. Archiving a person preserves their notes and history. Deleting the app removes its stored data; we cannot recover it.

This policy describes InTouch: Reminders, an iPhone app provided by Eric Robertson.

Data stays on your device

InTouch stores names, selected contact references, cadences, notes, tags, preferences, and check-in history locally on your iPhone. The app does not transmit this information to us or third parties. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, or cloud sync.

Contacts

You can add a person manually or choose one with Apple's system Contacts picker. InTouch receives the name and identifier of the contact you select. It does not upload your address book.

Notifications

With your permission, InTouch schedules reminders on your device. Remote push services are not used. Reminders can include a person's name on your lock screen; you control notification previews and permissions in iPhone Settings.

Retention and deletion

Data stays in the app until you change it or delete the app. Archiving keeps a person's record. App data is excluded from device backups. Deleting InTouch deletes its locally stored records. We do not hold a server copy and cannot restore deleted data.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond to your request. Please contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

This website

This support page is part of aerrobert.com and is hosted on Vercel. Visiting it is separate from using the offline iPhone app. The hosting provider processes web requests to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts.
